TR40 Convertible – Ferrari Replica.
This is based on a TR7.
It has 3.5 V8 engine, with manual 5 speed transmission (so it flies and sounds awesome!)
It has a 4 barrel Holley carb, and an Offenhauser Inlet Manifold.
As you can see it has Ferrari styling.
Some of the features are:-
Spax adjustables shocks (so corners like on rails!)

It is essential to upgrade the brakes when fitting a Rover V8 engine into a TR7. Even the uprated brakes fitted to genuine TR8’s leave something to be desired.

I am trying to extract the water pump from the engine block of a TR7 16 valve Dolomite Sprint unit, however the pump will not budge. When looking at workshop manuals it suggests I need a puller. Has anyone made any pullers up that can remove the pump safely. Can you show me any pictures of [...]
